I started making earrings with wood from a bamboo cutting board and my mom’s old cedar hope chest from the 60’s. When I lived in California, I cut down a white oak tree, I used the heart, on a construction job installing coconut shell one-inch pieces and guitar picks I thought they're very colorful and a foldable trivet hot pad made from various pieces of hardwood, all repurposed materials to make earrings. My earrings are all one-of-a-kind, you'd be owning a pair that no one else has.
